They have been refurnished so that they can also welcome persons with physical handicaps and are accredited with the national label “tourism and handicaps”.
The construction of residences ended in October, 2007.
GENERAL CONDITIONS
Each residence has a private entrance, parking and a private garden (garden room, sun room, barbeque, and terrace).
Each residence is equipped with:
Heating and cooling is supplied from a geothermic source and is installed in the floor.
In the backyard of the residences, a common playground, with a ping pong table, suitable for the young and old is accessible for all in complete security.
Animals are permitted if they are declared prior to reserving. All animals must be suitably vaccinated as required.
They must be kept on a leash and will not be allowed in the dining room.
We do not accept 1st and 2nd category dogs.
During your stay you will be requested not to smoke in the interior of the residences.
